🔧 Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
Before accepting your order, please check the package condition and product details against the invoice provided by the courier.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please:
Email us at kovetonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, delivery address, and clear images showing the issue.
Our Quality Check team will review your request, and our customer service team will follow up with the next steps.
✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange will be accepted only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (not as per your order confirmation).
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.
If your case qualifies:
Return the unused, unworn item with original tags intact.
Ensure it reaches us within 10 days of our return approval.
🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Kovet is not liable for returns or refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
Three failed delivery attempts.
Refusal to accept the delivery.
🎨 Color Variation Disclaimer
We strive to represent product colors accurately. However, due to screen differences across devices, slight color variations may occur.
📏 Size Exchange Process
Please consult our Size Chart before placing an order. For personalized sizing help, contact us at kovetonline@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9810187388.
If you wish to exchange for a different size:
Email us and send the product to our Head Office (Delhi) at your expense.
After inspection, we will issue a credit note (shipping costs deducted).
Use this credit note to place a new order in the correct size.
❗ Note: Size exchanges are not accepted for products bought during sales or promotions.
💳 Store Credit & Refund Policy
After a successful quality check, store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds are only processed if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Refunds include proportionate shipping costs if your return is eligible.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.
No cancellations are accepted after this period.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Accessories (jewelry, belts, footwear, etc.)
Custom-made or Made-to-Order items
Orders placed using store credit
Altered products (based on your measurements/specifications)
Items bought on sale or during a promotion
Products marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable
